This is planned as the official arrival day for the participants.  The Bellingham Yacht Club (BYC) will be open from 0900 until 1700 to greet you as you arrive and to meet your Host Families.  The BYC has had a major remodel since PacRim 2002 was held here, and the organizing committee will be there to greet you.  Our lounge will be open from 1100.  As many will just be arriving from overseas, other than registering at the BYC and meeting your Host Families (if you have not already), the remainder of the day is to see old friends and meet new ones.

This will be an initial meeting to provide information to interested participants, form the committee and create assignments for tasks.

If you have any interest in attending PacRim 2016 in Nakhodka, Russia as a sailor or and ambassador, or would like to participate as a member of the planning committee you should plan to attend this meeting.

PacRim 2018 Planning Meeting, Racers Meeting to Follow

We will look at clothing and wrap up loose ends from the past meeting. A short meeting with the racers will follow this meeting.
